1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

We only process the personal data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: name, email address, company (optional) and the content of your message. We do not collect any personal data through automated means beyond what is described in the Cookies section below.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process this data to respond to your inquiry or request and, where applicable, to manage the business relationship that may result from it. The legal basis for this processing is your consent, given by voluntarily submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

4. Data retention

We keep your data only for as long as necessary to handle your request and, after that, for the period required to address any liability that might arise from the processing, in accordance with applicable law.

5. Data recipients

We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties, except where required by law. If a form-management service (for example, Google Apps Script/Sheets) is connected in the future to process contact requests, that provider will act as a data processor and will be listed here.

6. International transfers

We do not currently carry out any international transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by writing to smile@pixelandpixel.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) if you believe your data has not been processed in accordance with the law.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

This website uses the technical storage strictly necessary for it to work (for example, to remember that you have already seen a page transition, or your cookie preferences). This storage does not require your consent under Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE.

We also offer an optional analytics category (Google Analytics), which is OFF by default and only activates if you explicitly accept it. As of today, this category is prepared but not yet in active use — no analytics script runs on this site. If that changes, we will ask for your consent again before activating it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our processing activities or in applicable law. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
